Interesting Travel To Light House Old Batavia

  • It was really fun and enjoyable visiting the Light House Old  Batavia with our guest and nice friends from Holland.
  •  They really enjoyed visiting this old town

  • Since our guests came from Holland, they could gave us the stories of the Sailing Ships from Holland during the 1770 ies, where in order to stabilize the weight of the ships journey, ceramics from China were formerly carried, but was latter considered also being valuable goods, which were carried half done from China and brought to Holland to be finished with white blue :"witte blauw" color in Holland.

  • He indicates that many ships which were carrying spices, made huge profits for the trading Companies, during those period of time, with the risks that several sinking ships as well as human lives and illness are at stake.
  • This was really inspiring for us, since in a certain period of your life, you have to take certain calculated risks to be able to travel far away from your home town to gain new ventures and new experiences to widen your horizon.
  • We all like to travel and seek new ventures, that is the reason we had visited this Old Light House from Old Batavia.
  • Traveling for sure will connect peoples from various countries with mixed cross cultures  and will enrich our minds,  behaviour and attitude in this one Great World Universe which we are living .
